BIOGRAPHICAL:
Daniel is listed on Patent Deeds of Royalton Twp., Fulton, Ohio on 1 August 1837 for 80 acres.
He is probably the Daniel Willson who is in the Court Journal of the Court of Common Pleas in Ottokee, Fulton, Ohio in 1857/58 for trespassing on a neighbor's property and damaging fences, soil, grass, and taking logs and lumber and converting it to his own use.
He may also be the Daniel Willson who, with Alvah Willson, was indicted for petit larceny . Sussell did not find a jury trial for Alvah, but Daniel was tried by a jury and found guilty as charged. He was sentenced to pay the value of the property taken ($10.00) doubled (or $20.00) to William E. Haughton, the party injured, and to be imprisoned in the county jail and fed on bread and water only for the term of 15 days, and pay a fine of $50.00.

Mother listed as having 2 children with 1 living in 1900 census.
